- Identity: full name, email address, phone number
- Address: street address, city, state, ZIP code (used after confirmed booking only — your exact drop-off address is never displayed publicly)
- Pet information: name, breed, age, weight, temperament, medical notes, veterinarian contact, and photos you upload
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card number on our servers
- Communications: messages exchanged with our team through the platform
- Usage data: pages visited, search queries, booking history
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and manage your pet care reservations
- Send booking confirmations, receipts, and reminders via email
- Communicate with you about your reservation through our messaging system
- Improve our services and platform experience
- Comply with applicable Maryland and federal law
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
AI Features — Locky
If you use Locky, our AI assistant:
- Your messages to Locky are processed by Anthropic's Claude API
- Anthropic may process these messages in accordance with their own privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy)
- We may store conversation summaries to improve Locky's responses
- Do not share sensitive personal or financial information with Locky
Third-Party Services
We share limited data with trusted service providers:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
- Google — OAuth sign-in if you choose to log in with Google (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Anthropic — AI processing for Locky (anthropic.com/privacy)
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Maryland law.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information via your account settings
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

Data Retention

Our platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
