Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BluePawSky (bluepawsky.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the platform.

Our Services

BluePawSky LLC provides in-home pet care services in Fells Point, Baltimore, Maryland, including:

  • Joyful Daycare — supervised daytime care ($30 per day, per pet)
  • Doggy Hotel — overnight boarding with 24/7 care ($55 per night, per pet)
  • Dog Walking — professional walks ($25 per walk, per pet)
  • The 5-Star Paw-lace — premium boarding with gourmet meals and spa-like pampering ($110 per stay)

All services are subject to availability and suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Booking & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay through our secure checkout. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Additional charges (such as late pickup fees or damage costs) may be added after a stay and will be communicated promptly.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify a reservation. Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to apply cancellation fees for late cancellations or no-shows at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities

By booking with us, you confirm that:

  • Your pet is current on all vaccinations required by Maryland law
  • Your pet has not shown aggressive behavior toward people or other animals without prior disclosure
  • The information you provide about your pet (breed, weight, temperament, medical needs) is accurate and complete
  • You will notify us immediately of any change in your pet's health or behavior

We are not liable for undisclosed conditions or for incidents arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided at booking.

AI-Powered Features — Locky

BluePawSky offers Locky, an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Important limitations you must understand:

  • Locky is an AI tool and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
  • Locky's responses do not constitute professional veterinary, medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Do not rely solely on Locky for decisions affecting your pet's health or safety — always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns
  • Conversations with Locky may be reviewed to improve the service
  • By using Locky, you agree that BluePawSky LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on Locky's output

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, BluePawSky LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our direct actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore City or Baltimore County, Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
