How stay updates work
Where to find photos, walks, meals and notes from your dog's stay, and how often they arrive.

While your dog is with us, updates appear in your account as they happen — no need to ask how they're doing.
Where to find them
- Open Stays and tap the current stay — you'll land on its Updates tab.
- Or open Updates in the bottom bar to see every stay together, with Photos and Reports tabs.
- Home also shows the latest photos while a stay is happening.
What you'll see
- Check-in and check-out
- Walks — when a route is recorded, its map is in that day's Story
- Meals, potty breaks and notes from your sitter
- Photos you can save or share
- Daily reports for daycare days
The stay page refreshes on its own, so you can leave it open during the day.
