What happens during a stay
From drop-off to pick-up: check-in, routines, updates and how to reach us while your dog is here.

Here's what a stay looks like from your side, so you always know what to expect.
At drop-off
We check your dog in and go over anything new since you booked. If you chose Pay at drop-off, we take payment on our card reader then — your receipt arrives by email right after.
During the stay
- We follow the food, walk and care notes from your dog's profile and your booking.
- Photos, walks, meals and notes appear on the stay's Updates tab as they happen.
- Each day ends with a Story you can watch and share.
- Have a question? Message us from the stay or text us — we reply every day, 7am to 8pm.
At pick-up
We'll fill you in on how it went. The stay's updates, Stories and receipt stay in your account afterwards.
