Add BluePawSky to your Home Screen

Put BluePawSky on your phone like an app — step-by-step pictures for iPhone and Android.

2 min read

Add BluePawSky to your Home Screen and it opens full screen, just like an app: one tap to your dashboard, stays, photos and messages. It's free, takes under a minute, and there's nothing to download from an app store.

  1. Step 1

    Open BluePawSky in Safari

Go to bluepawsky.com in Safari and sign in, so the app opens straight to your dashboard.

  2. Step 2

    Tap the Share button

It's the square with an arrow pointing up. On newer iPhones, tap ••• at the bottom first, then Share.

  3. Step 3

    Choose “Add to Home Screen”

Scroll down the list of options if you don't see it straight away.

  4. Step 4

    Tap “Add”

Keep the name BluePawSky. If you see Open as Web App, leave it switched on.

  5. Step 5

Open BluePawSky from your Home Screen

It opens full screen, like an app — no address bar. Sign in once inside the app.

Good to know

  • Sign in once inside the app (on iPhone it doesn't share Safari's sign-in). Leave "Keep me signed in on this device" checked so it can open straight to your dashboard next time.
  • It updates itself. When a new version is ready you'll see a small "Update" message — tap it and BluePawSky reloads.
  • Long-press the icon for shortcuts to booking, your stays, updates and messages (Android and some iPhones).
  • To remove it, press and hold the icon, then choose Remove App (iPhone) or Uninstall (Android). Your account isn't affected.

A dedicated BluePawSky app for iPhone and Android is on its way. The Home Screen version is the best way to use BluePawSky on your phone until then.
