Adding your pet's profile
Why a complete pet profile matters, what's required vs. optional, and how to upload a photo.
Before you book, you'll add at least one dog to your account. I read every pet profile before a visit — the more you tell me about your dog, the better care I can give them.
Why complete profiles matter
Your pet's profile is basically their care sheet. It tells me about their personality, health needs, feeding schedule, and anything I should watch for. A dog named Biscuit who hates thunderstorms and needs a pill at noon is a very different visit than one who just wants to play fetch all day.
Required vs. optional fields
- Required: name, species (dog), and breed.
- Strongly recommended: age, weight, temperament notes, and vaccination status.
- Optional but helpful: photo, special dietary needs, medications, and vet contact info.
Uploading a photo
Go to My Pets in your dashboard, select your dog, and tap the photo area to upload. A clear face shot works great — it helps me recognize your dog on arrival and makes your dashboard feel a little more personal.
Please fill in the vet info field, even if your dog is healthy. If there's ever a health concern during a stay, that's the first number I reach for. It takes thirty seconds now and could save precious time later.
