Using your account credit

Account credit is money BluePawSky has added to your account. You can see your balance and every change, with the reason, in Account → Account credit.

• At checkout, keep “Use my account credit” ticked and it comes off your total.
• If you also choose Pay at drop-off, the $5 saving comes off first, then your credit.
• If your credit covers everything, there's nothing to pay — your receipt arrives by email.
• Credit doesn't expire. If a booking it paid for is cancelled, it goes back to your balance.
• If you cancel a booking at least 48 hours before drop-off, what you paid for it becomes account credit too.
