Refunds and our billing policy

How we handle Stripe refunds — and our commitment to fair treatment.

I don't have a one-size-fits-all refund policy because every situation is different. What I do have is a commitment to being fair.

How refunds work

If something wasn't right — a cancelled stay, a billing mistake, a service issue — message me directly. I'll review what happened and work out a fair resolution. I'd rather have an honest conversation than hide behind fine print.

  • Stripe refunds: processed back to your card, typically appears within 5–10 business days.

We believe in fair treatment — if we made a mistake, we'll make it right. No runaround, no arguing. Just tell me what happened.
