Paying at drop-off
How Pay at drop-off works, the $5 saving, and what you'll see in your account until then.
1 min read
Choose Pay at drop-off when you book and there's nothing to pay online. We take your card on our card reader when you drop off — and you save $5 on the booking.
- The $5 comes off once per booking, whatever the number of nights, days or dogs. You see it in the price before you confirm.
- If the payment method later changes to paying by card online, the $5 saving no longer applies.
- Until then, your stay shows the amount and “Card reader at drop-off” — nothing is overdue.
- Bring the card you'd like to use.
- Your receipt and invoice arrive by email right after, and appear in Receipts & invoices.
