When and how you're charged
When Stripe charges your card and what Payment Required means.
You're charged when you complete the Stripe payment form at checkout. The charge shows up on your statement as BluePawSky.

Payment is collected at checkout. If I need to add an extra charge later (extra day, special request), you'll see a Payment Required status and can pay the additional amount through your dashboard.
Additional charges
Sometimes I need to add a charge after the initial booking — an extra night, an additional walk, that kind of thing. When that happens, your reservation status changes to Payment Required and you'll get a message explaining exactly what the charge is for and why.
