How the booking process works

The full journey from selecting a service to receiving your confirmation email.

Here's exactly what happens when you book — no mystery steps, no black box. I handle every reservation personally.

  1. Select your service and dates on the Search page.
  2. Choose which pets are coming and enter drop-off/pick-up times.
  3. Pick your payment method and submit the reservation.
  4. Your reservation status is set to Pending — I've received it and will review it.
  5. I confirm manually after checking the calendar and your pet's profile.
  6. Status changes to Confirmed once approved.
  7. You receive a confirmation email with drop-off details and our address.

Typical confirmation time is within a few hours during business hours. Evenings and weekends might take a little longer, but I always get to every reservation.
