Our honest cancellation policy, how to change dates or pets, and the best way to reach us.
Life happens — plans change, flights get delayed, dogs get sick. I'd rather you tell me early than show up with a surprise or not show up at all.
Our cancellation policy
I don't have a rigid 48-hour cancellation window like big kennels do. But please — message me as early as possible if you need to cancel. My calendar is limited and every slot is a spot another dog could have used. The earlier you let me know, the easier it is for everyone.
Changing dates or pets
Need to shift your dates or swap which dog is coming? Often I can accommodate that, especially with a little notice. Just message me through your reservation and tell me what you need. I'll update the booking or let you know if the new dates don't work.
How to request a change
- Go to My Reservations in your dashboard.
- Open the reservation you need to change.
- Use the messaging feature to tell me what you need.
- I'll reply and update your reservation accordingly.
If you need to cancel same-day, message me directly — don't just no-show. I'll do my best to work with you, and a quick heads-up is always appreciated.
