What to expect on arrival, how times work, and where we are in Fells Point.
Drop-off and pick-up are the bookends of every visit. Here's how they work so there are no surprises on the day.
Times are estimates
When you book, you enter estimated drop-off and pick-up times. Those help me plan my day, but we'll confirm exact times by message after your reservation is confirmed. Traffic, work schedules, and life all happen — flexibility goes both ways.
Location
We're in Fells Point, Baltimore. For privacy and security, the exact address is sent after your reservation is confirmed — you'll get it in your confirmation email and in the reservation details in your dashboard.
What to expect on arrival
- Bring your dog on a leash.
- I'll do a quick meet-and-greet — especially on first visits.
- We'll confirm any meds, feeding instructions, or special needs.
- You'll get a text when your dog is settled in (and a photo for overnight stays).
Let me know if you'll be more than 30 minutes late. I plan my day around drop-off times, and a quick message helps me adjust without worry.
