Reservation statuses explained
What Pending, Confirmed, Payment Required, Completed, and Cancelled mean for your booking.
Every reservation has a status so you always know where things stand. Here's what each one means.
Pending
Your reservation has been submitted and is waiting for my review. Nothing is wrong — this is the normal starting point.
Confirmed
You're all set. I've approved the reservation and your spot is on the calendar. Check your email for drop-off details and our Fells Point address.
Payment Required
An additional charge has been added to your reservation — maybe an extra day, a special request, or an adjustment. You'll see this status and get a message explaining what the charge is for. Pay through your dashboard to move back to Confirmed.
Completed
The stay or walk is finished. Thanks for trusting BluePawSky with your dog — I hope they had a great time.
Cancelled
This reservation was cancelled — either by you or by me. If you're not sure why, message me through the reservation and I'll explain.
If your reservation has been Pending for more than 24 hours, send me a message. It's rare, but sometimes an email gets buried or I need a quick clarification before I can confirm.
